Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. We will share the exact address and access instructions once your booking is confirmed.

House Rules

• No smoking inside the apartments
• No parties or large gatherings without prior approval
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy must match your booking
• Pets are not permitted

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged one night's rate.

For monthly bookings, 14 days' notice is required for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer, card payment, and mobile money. A 50% deposit secures your booking; the balance is due before check-in.

Payment details are shared via WhatsApp or email after your booking request is confirmed.

Corporate Rates

Companies booking three or more nights per month qualify for discounted corporate rates across all four apartments.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₦50,000 is required for stays under two weeks, and ₦100,000 for monthly bookings. The deposit is returned within 48 hours of check-out, minus any damages.
